Dell Latitude E6320 Pro Reviews

NotebookReview‘s review Edit

The Dell Latitude E6320 is a solid office choice. Its main talking point is its durable construction that can protect against some liquid spills on the keyboard, extreme temperatures, vibrations (hard drive protection), dust, and high altitudes. The screen hinges, display, and chassis are all strong, too - they're made out of Dell's "Tri-Metal" support structure that's been MIL-STD 810G approved. Other than its construction, it proved to be able to multi-task well, run 1080p video just fine, and it was also very fast to boot up and in application execution. Moreover, it provided a good 6 and a half hours of battery life, which will definitely make working while traveling doable. The areas in which it lacked were its screen display, port selection, and hard drive performance. The display has both a low resolution and contrast, leaving the viewer underwhelmed while using it. We would have also liked to see more than only two USB 2.0 ports - users shouldn't have to buy a Dell docking station to plug all of their accessories and gadgets into the notebook.

Notebookcheck‘s review Edit

The Latitude E6320 is a versatile business notebook at heart and delivers on its promises, at least in terms of its target demographic. That means if you’re looking for an extra lightweight notebook with minimalist designs, proper gaming abilities and an extra bright display, then you best look elsewhere. But, for the everyday business user, the E6320 excels in the most important areas. For one, its durable and thick build quality means it can take much more bumps and bruises while on the move than say other more lightweight and thinner alternatives, even if those alternatives use similar metal alloys. The Dell absolutely screams “longevity” and “robustness”, which is quite impressive for a small 13.3-inch, full voltage Sandy Bridge notebook.

PC World‘s review Edit

The Dell Latitude E6320 may not be a multimedia powerhouse, but it is an excellent business laptop for a frequently traveling professional. In addition to being a good performer for basic business tasks, it has various little extra features that businesspeople will love. The ExpressCharge battery that charges up to 80 percent in under an hour, the spill-resistant keyboard that can withstand cups of steaming coffee, and the rugged exterior that lets people bang your laptop around at TSA checkpoints are just some of the features that will make your working life a heck of a lot easier.
