The recently announced Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray just made a trip to the FCC packing support for AT&T’s 3G bands that could possibly mean the arrival of this device in the US.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is mid-range device with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board. It doesn’t fit in with the monster sized devices that are owning the market today, but the 3.3-inch Reality Display and thin design will surely find some takers somewhere.
Running the show behind the scenes is a 1GHz processor and Sony‘s Bravia Mobile engine. Around the back of the device is an 8 megapixel camera with 720p video recording capabilities.
