ROKU IS A BROKU!

Ownership period: less than a month.
I HAD A ROKU UNIT FOR 1 MONTH! IT STOPPED WORKING! I CALLED ROKU TO TRY TO GET A REPLACEMENT! AFTER HOURS OF TRYING TO FIX IT, I WAS SURE I HAD A DEFECTIVE UNIT. ROKU WON'T REPLACE IT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A DEFECTIVE UNIT! WHAT BS! DON'T BUY A ROKU!

DON'T BUY A ROKU!

Ownership period: less than 3 months.
My Roku broke after a little over 30 days of use. Just enough time so Roku doesn't have to replace it! Even though I keep telling them I have a defective unit, but they refuse to give me a refund or replace it.
