Unfortunately, it is let down by its price tag mainly. For many gamers, we suspect that spending $35 to $60 extra on a video card would require a quantifiable gameplay advantage in most of the games they are interested in, or the potential to do so. Here, that advantage just fails to materialize. The cooler is great, and the included game is nice, but the price seems a bit too exaggerated. If you already have that particular game, that much value is lost. The PowerColor PCS+ Radeon HD 6970 is a solid well designed video card, we just feel the current pricing has a hard time competing with what is out there based on the features present.
