KODAK Zi6 Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The Kodak Zi6 is well-built and feels substantial. We liked its large, responsive buttons and controls. However, there’s no USB extension cable or removable SD/SDHC Card provided in the box and the mono microphone picks up operational noise.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

Kodak Zi6 is a strong competitor to Flip's video recording devices. It boasts a similar pop-out USB connector. It comes supplied with two pre-charged AA batteries and needs an SD or SDHC card. The Zi6's picture quality is the best of this type of video recorder, though a little more intensity in the colour department would've been good. It even offers a macro mode for filming close to your subject. Audio quality is uncommonly high too, with a decent degree of volume, though our only complaint is that it does pick up a little too much background noise at times.

Camcorderinfo‘s review Edit

The Kodak Zi6 is a decent camcorder. If you want something extremely small and cheap, but you insist on HD, you can buy it with confidence. The competing option, the RCA EZ300HD Small Wonder, is speeding its way to our offices right now.

PC World‘s review Edit

The Kodak Zi6's features and frame-rate options are superb for a pocket camcorder, but video quality is a shade below the competition.

CNET Reviews‘s review Edit

While bigger than most of its competitors and high priced for a mini camcorder, the Kodak Zi6's attractive design and decent video quality adequately compensate for some usability drawbacks.

LAPTOP Magazine‘s review Edit

This budget camcorder is a winner, thanks to its 720p video, still-photo capability, and expandable storage.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

Aesthetically, the Zi6 hews closely to Kodak's EasyShare point-and-shoot camera line, with a bulky black and silver body. It's not as slick as the Creative Vado...
