Although it’s a business system, HP backs the TouchSmart 9300 Elite with only a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. We found that a mite disappointing, seeing as three years of coverage is what you’ll find with many other business systems. For that year, however, the plan is quite comprehensive: You’ll enjoy onsite, next-business-day service. And if you feel you need for the extra coverage, you can extend the onsite hardware service to four years for an extra $139.99. Still, we wish the HP offered a longer standard warranty, considering this system's price. We'd also like to see less pre-installed software that's of questionable usefulness.
