I purchased this router on 12/26/10 when an older Netgear WGR 614 died on me. I was unable to find an reviews but was talked into the purchase by a Best Buy employee and have regretted it since. The first issue came durig set up when low and behold the SSID and Password provided by Belkin for the router were incorrect. It took 2 hours on the phone with tech support to even get them to understand the problem and issue me an override password. The next problem came when it was set up. The router needs to be reset 2-3 times a week or it just stops broadcasting. I bought this router specifically for online gaming (Wii, 360, and PC). This complete unreliability of the signal makes gaming difficult, but the real problem comes from how slow the router is. The router was supposably designed for gaming but with everything tha uses it shut down it hardly provides enough speed for the 360 to get online (Half the time Xbox Live recognizes the speed as to low and will block me from game play). It is no better with the Wii, where it am continuously disconnected due to "network instability." This never happened with the old Netgear. This also does not occur if I bypass the router and hardwire my connections (which is not a viable solution for me).
