Samsung N140 Pro Reviews

reghardware‘s review Edit

At last Samsung have just gone ahead and replaced the NC10 with something better, rather than try to cook up yet another endless variation on the theme. The N140 takes all the good bits of the NC10 but adds a larger HDD, a bigger battery and a more modern operating system and some other bits and bobs like draft-n Wi-Fi and stereo speakers and then squeezes them all into a slightly smaller and lighter package but without much of an increase in price. That's a bit of a result if you ask us.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

A first glance around the bodywork and through the specs tells us there’s nothing new to see here. But closer examination shows a fractional upgrade in wireless connectivity, along with a step back in usability with the new recessed trackpad buttons. The Samsung N140 is a very good netbook that continues Samsung’s run of higher quality netbooks, but unless 802.11n wireless is essential to you, we’d advise you to also look out for a cheaper and more comfortable NC10 or N110 model.

netbooked.net‘s review Edit

The stand out feature of the Samsung N140 is the bright matte display - 99% of netbooks these days are glossy. I’ve only got praise for this netbook - every feature works great. Great design, keyboard, audio, extremely quiet, responsive touchpad.
