The Thunder n6650W and Thunder n3600B are again two well built motherboards from Tyan. Both worked well with Linux and are similar to each other but with the Tyan Thunder n6650W (S2915) offering better expansion and connectivity support via its additional NVIDIA nForce PRO 3050 controller to provide PCI-X support and two additional PCI Express slots. Depending upon your individual needs one motherboard may make better sense, but aside from some initial headaches experienced at first that were quickly cleared up by Tyan’s support, both are really fine products.
