The BIOSTAR TA870+ motherboard is retailing for $89.99, making an excellent purchase for those that want to upgrade their CPU without breaking the bank. The board has all of the features one would expect from an 870 board with the exception of USB 3.0 which would have added to the component costs associated with the NEC chip required for implementation. Otherwise, this is a well-rounded board that is a good choice for those wanting the latest AM3 CPU with up to two video card configurations without all the bells and whistles some other boards might have.
