It offers a lot of value in a small and simple package, especially considering you should be able to find this board for less than $90 online. With its onboard GMA950 graphics, gigabit ethernet and high-definition audio, the 945G-M3 will easily meet most users needs as long as those users don't want to do any real gaming.
