Samsung NF210-A01 Pro Reviews

reghardware‘s review Edit

Whether the NF210 works for you will depend on whether you love or hate its curvaceous casing - and the chunkiness it adds to the netbook's waist. Get past the looks and you'll find the Samsung delivers a small performance boost over the previous generation of netbooks, but you'll need to replace the Ram if you really want to see it fly.

Notebookcheck‘s review Edit

The Samsung NF210 may not be a fully fledged multimedia machine, but its bold design, good workmanship and UMTS module are significant points in its favour. The entry-level price of €429 (RRP) is entirely justified.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

We were impressed by the portability and usability of the Samsung N230, making this an easy netbook to recommend. It's just a shame the dual-core Atom processor does little to improve performance.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

There's no denying that the NF210 is a very nice netbook indeed. The slick design goes some way towards justifying the slightly high price tag, as does the satisfyingly comfortable keyboard and the zippy dual-core processor. If price is the most important consideration, then you can probably find a comparable model for less money. However, it you can afford the NF210, then you're unlikely to be disappointed, presuming that you aren't bothered about the lack of an HDMI port.

The NF210 is a great-looking netbook, but the dual-core processor doesn’t bring a noticeable performance increase in day-to-day use.

PC Pro‘s review Edit

If it purely came down to style, Samsung's NF210 would knock most netbooks into a cocked hat. It doesn't, however, impress on value for money. That dual-core processor pushes the price dangerously close to 11.6in ultraportable territory and leaves it costing substantially more than a quality, basic netbook such as Asus' Eee PC 1001P. The NF210 is yet another solid netbook to add to Samsung's mighty portfolio but, at this price, it's very difficult to recommend.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

Samsung's NF210 impresses with a dual core Atom CPU and high capacity battery, but its unique design is what really sets it apart. However, it's still a netbook at heart, so with a price tag of £330 it won't be for everyone.
