ASRock 890FX Deluxe4 Pro Reviews

hardwaresecrets‘s review Edit

The new ASRock 890FX Deluxe4 is basically an 890FX Deluxe3 with a different USB configuration. Both have four USB 3.0 ports, but on the newer model two of these ports are available on a 3.5” front panel adapter. The Deluxe4 has also two additional USB 2.0 ports. If you want a mainstream socket AM3 motherboard with the latest technologies and, at the same time, want to save money, these two motherboards from ASRock are your best options right now.

www.legitreviews.com‘s review Edit

The ASRock 890GX Extreme4 and the ASRock 890FX Deluxe4 are both quality boards that perform great and equally. Both boards offer the innovative front panel USB3.0 and are the first company to do so! Although, due to the few layout differences that meet my preferences, my money would be on the ASRock 890FX Deluxe4.

AnandTech‘s review Edit

The Deluxe 4 is based on the 890FX chipset, more expensive than the 890GX. It has two NEC USB 3.0 controllers, instead of one, of which the performance is flawless. The bundled USB 3.0 front-panel bay unit is the first of the kind we have seen, and we suppose that costs something as well. Add them up, and you can imagine where the price difference lies. The M4A89GTD Pro/USB3 feels like a sprinter. The 890FX Deluxe 4 an all-round workhorse.
