MSI Big Bang-Trinergy Pro Reviews

hardocp‘s review Edit

MSI has built a great motherboard in the Big Bang Trinergy. It was supremely stable throughout our testing and anyone concerned with stability in a hot environment will like to know that the Trinergy sports "server grade" Hi-c capacitors, which should translate into a stable motherboard for more years. One button OC Genie is here as well and will get you awesome overclocks literally with the touch of one button.

Specifically with regards to the Trinergy, we'll finish off by saying we like some of what MSI is trying to do, but can't help feeling that what's on offer would be best served on an X58 refresh rather than P55, especially at the asking price.

Obviously if you are building a system on a budget, this is not the board for you. If you are high-end consumer looking for a high performance gaming board with great overclocking features and some unique options like 3-Way SLI and super high quality audio, consider putting the Big Bang Trinergy on your wish list.
