A smart laptop with great connectivity, 2D and 3D performance, but is let down by its small, dull display

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The main disadvantage of the Sony VAIO F13M0E/B is the price. At just over the £1,000 mark the VAIO F13M0E/B is considerably more expensive than other models in the group, including the attention-grabbing 18.4in-panelled Acer and Medion machines.

PC Pro‘s review Edit

For all its inconsistencies, however, Sony's F Series has serious potential. Pop over to Sony's website and you can tailor the specification to your liking. We specified a model identical to the review unit here, dropped the Core i7-740QM in favour of the equally nippy 2.66GHz Core i5-560M, upgraded to the Full HD display and it still added up to a very reasonable £969 exc VAT.
