The X58A-UD5 is one of the finest motherboards I have ever seen produced by Gigabyte. It is not a cheap motherboard, but not overly expensive either. I liked it so much that it now resides in my personal system. If overclocking, stability, and the latest features are important to you, this is your motherboard for the high end Core i7 system.

We might find some other things to cavil at, but you can see we can’t discover any really serious downsides. Therefore, the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 (rev. 2.0) should surely be on your list when you go shopping for an LGA1366 mainboard.
