NOKIA C3 Touch and Type Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

The Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type stands up well enough on its own - but sit it next to similarly priced Android handsets with more features, and it loses most of its appeal.

Phone Scoop‘s review Edit

Would I recommend this phone? For anyone who is a Series 40 fan and wants something new and different, the C3-01 Touch and Type is the handset to get. It blends the classic candybar form factor with an elegantly designed touch interface that has just the right amount of newness and familiarity. For anyone serious about social networking, web browser, and perhaps imaging, AT&T (and other carriers) has plenty of better options to choose from.

GSMArena‘s review Edit

Whatever the competition, Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type has everything to become a best-seller and the price is more than reasonable. We fell in love with its design and build quality, and we certainly hope to see more handsets by Nokia with the same design theme.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

To wrap up, we were impressed on the whole with the Nokia X3 Touch and Type and are more so by the Nokia C3 Touch and Type. It offers people who may not want smart phone features (or price) an extremely well built alternative with some good connectivity options. The inclusion of a touch screen adds some great functionality, and while the camera may lack auto-focus it should suffice for casual snaps. It makes for a great bridging experience for users who want to be eased into touch screen phones and comes highly recommended from us.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

The C3-01 Touch and Type is a good-looking handset that will appeal to those who want easy to use features and longish battery life in a traditionally styled candybar phone. However, with Android handsets starting to hit the £100 mark on Pay as you Go, it’s difficult to recommend it to more adventurous souls.

Softpedia‘s review Edit

Nokia C3-01 is an interesting device and a nice addition to the Cseries. Its compact and solid look, as well as the metallic casing is definitely attractive. Surprising or not, the new Touch and Type interface increased the phone's functionality and made it more desirable.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type is a handset which ultimately disappoints. We like the build, and admire what Nokia has tried to do in reinvigorating S40 by adding touch. But we think the Finnish manufacturer's crown may have slipped in the execution of its idea.
