EVGA GeForce GTX 285 SSC Pro Reviews

hardocp‘s review Edit

Overall the new GeForce GTX 285 does what it is advertised to do. It has reduced power utilization, reduced temperatures, and has the ability to clock much higher than GeForce GTX 280s. The EVGA GeForce GTX 285 SSC takes the GTX 285 further and provides tangible gameplay improvements over a GeForce GTX 280.

ExtremeTech‘s review Edit

Very good performance; factory overclocked, yet not too noisy under load.eVGA's card was the only card in the roundup to exceed 50 frames per second in Far Cry 2, which makes it very fast, indeed. Toss in a limited lifetime warranty, and you have a recipe for high end success.

hardwarecanucks‘s review Edit

Looking through the fog of potentially high prices, it is easy to see that the EVGA GTX 285 SSC is a hell of a card that isn’t held ransom by the dodgy SLI / Crossfire profiles and high power consumption that come with high performance dual GPU cards.
