ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 Pro Reviews

www.pcper.com‘s review Edit

The AMD Radeon HD 4670 512MB card is nothing less than one of the best values in budget graphics in years. For under $90 you can game with today's top titles, build a sweet home theater PC and leave yourself open for a nice upgrade months down the line with an impressive CrossFire scaling. Gamers that are looking to push resolutions of 1920x1200 or beyond will likely need to upgrade their budget and move up the line of graphics card performance but I have a good suspicion that most casual PC gamers will find themselves impressed by the HD 4670.

While it may not be King of the Hill in terms of overall performance, the HD 4670 comes up big by packing as many features as possible into one affordable package. It does this while retaining some very respectable gaming capabilities which offer casual gamers a reason to seriously consider it over anything Nvidia has in this same price range. In our books this is a hell of a recipe for success.

We really like the ATI HD 4670. If you're seriously into your gaming and have an enormous 24in (or above) monitor, then it's probably not for you. However, if all you have is a modest PC and a modest upgrade budget and you fancy a bit of 3D gaming fun, this card is the perfect option.
