Definetely I'm going to buy this one for my notebook....and I don't understand why everyone says that it's copy of the Apple Magic Mouse?

Nice piece of design work here, I must say I like Microsoft's peripherals.

But as far as I can see from the pictures, it is nothing more than space saving designer mouse with buttons and touch scroll. Lacking the actual multi-touch surface, which is the "Magic" in the Apple's device, therefore far from any comparison.

I think the design is ok...this mouse is made to be ergonomic. About the similarities with Apple Magic Mouse...they are both "touch".
