Canon Pixma MG8120 Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

This photo-friendly all-in-one printer has strong graphics-related features. Print quality is top-notch, but the higher-than-average ink costs and limited-capacity output tray make it a better fit for homes or home offices than bustling businesses.

Granted, other Canon multifunction printers, such as the Pixma MX870 and the Pixma MG5220, offer equally good output and features for a lot less money. Choose the Canon Pixma MG8120 if you want that something extra: a little more speed, and a control panel that's also a conversation piece.

Overall, I thought Canon did an excellent job with the Pixma MG8120 All-in-One. It's an easy to use device that provides interesting and helpful features as well as quality prints. I don't see this device making its way into an office environment based on the cost per page alone but for a home where the print volume is lower and the creativity factor is higher, the Pixma MG8120 could be a great addition.

The Canon Pixma MG8120 Wireless Photo All-In-One Printer is Canon's latest incarnation of its combination high-end home MFP and standalone home photo lab.
