PowerColor HD4830 512MB GDDR3 Pro Reviews

HardwareZone‘s review Edit

All in all, very little separates the 4830 from its intended rival, the GeForce 9800 GT. Performance is nearly identical, as are other aspects, such as temperature, power consumption and even overclocking potential. Finally, coming to our analysis of our trio of cards, we would have to say that the cards from PowerColor and Sapphire just about nudged ahead of the HIS one, which was let down by its erratic showing during our benchmarking tests.

Tom's Hardware‘s review Edit

Both the PowerColor 4830 and Sapphire 4830 offer slightly different packages for people with different needs, but either one is an easy recommendation. PowerColor’s 4830 affords high overclocking potential in conjunction with Tray Tools and it has the convenience of wielding DVI, HDMI, and VGA outputs without the need for an adapter. The card also has an excellent, quiet GPU cooler.

Apart from the bundle, though, there's nothing to really complain about. Honestly, for the price there isn't a whole lot out there that's better.
