ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 1GB Pro Reviews

expertreviews‘s review Edit

Finally, we see a competitive card from Nvidia’s new range. It’s not a clear cut winner, but at a chunk less cash than the HD 5850 this card is well worth considering.

HotHardware‘s review Edit

In the end, we have to commend NVIDIA for this one. The GeForce GTX 460 is simply one of the most appealing DirectX 11-class graphics cards out there. They're affordably priced, perform very well, and they're relatively small and quiet, not to mention they fully support all of NVIDIA's proprietary technologies like PhysX and CUDA.

HEXUS‘s review Edit

With a nod to the lower price points, performance is sharp. The ZOTAC GTX 460 1,024MB offering matches incumbent GTX 465 performance but offers a far better overall package at a lower retail price, effectively condemning the anaemic GTX 465 to EOL status, we believe.

HEXUS‘s review Edit

Impressed by single-card performance of the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 1,024MB, the deal is sweetened by the knowledge that adding a second will provide near-perfect scaling and multi-monitor goodness. Two cards are well worth a look if you are planning on spending more than £300 on your next graphics upgrade.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The ZOTAC Geforce GTX 460 is Nvidia's latest salvo at the ATI Radeon 5000 series graphics cards. To be more specific, it is aimed directly at the Radeon HD 5850 and the HD 5830. The GTX 460's price, coupled with its performance definitely makes it an interesting product, especially for those looking for a performance graphics card below the £170 mark.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

After the disaster that was the GTX 480 and GTX 470 launch, the company has gone away, done its homework, and comeback with a seriously compelling mid-range graphics card in the shape of the GTX 460. It's still a fair chunk of money at around £200 but for that money, it's the best choice out there.
