It's an incremental refinement in the design of the cooler so don't expect amazing overclocking results, but it does tame the Radeon X1900 XTX really well as far as thermal management is concerned. The temperatures too were also much lower than the typical Radeon X1900 XTX, so the main reasons for getting the HIS all revolve around its IceQ3 cooler and its fine performance for both noise and temperature.

The HIS X1900XTX IceQ 3 has a lot going for it - good bundle, X1900 features, an aggressive price and of course the new and improved IceQ cooling which is better then ever.
