Seagate BlackArmor 440 Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

Remote replication and performance are two big issues with the Seagate BlackArmor NAS 440, but there are still a number of positives to this NAS device. The clean user interface makes it easy to manage, while the tool-less drive trays and tightly integrated BlackArmor Backup software make single computer backups easy to implement for up to 10 simultaneous users.

CNET Reviews‘s review Edit

Although Seagate BlackArmor is difficult to use for networking novices, it is a good choice for small business and advanced users. Starting at $750 for 2TB, the Seagate BlackArmor 440/420 is arguably the most affordable high-capacity, high-end NAS server. Though it's designed for the business environment, the BlackArmor 440/420 is also well-suited for the home, provided you have more than just basic computer and networking knowledge.
