GALAXY GeForce GTX 470 GC Pro Reviews

hardocp‘s review Edit

When all is said and done, we think the GeForce GTX 470 has improved since launch, mainly thanks to NVIDIA’s drivers improving performance. It is a much stronger competition now, than it was at initial launch.

HardwareZone‘s review Edit

All in all, the Galaxy GeForce GTX 470 GC version is a decent take on the GeForce GTX 470. It might not be a whole lot faster than a reference card, but it runs a whole lot cooler, which should bring about a peace of mind for users. On top of that, it is also attractively priced, though admittedly not as competitively as the Radeon cards from ATI. Hence, if you do intend to get a GeForce GTX 470, there's no reason why you shouldn't consider this card.

tweaktown‘s review Edit

The Galaxy version of the GTX 470 fixes the two biggest issues we have with the model; the heat and the noise. The noise is clearly at a respectable level while the heat is almost there. It still runs a little warm, but nothing like the reference version.
