While the C-2000 Zoom is a true 2-megapixel digital camera, we feel that its exceptional resolution only accounts for part of its significance: As a continuation of Olympus' vision of "filmless photography," it truly conveys a user experience that is more photographic than digital.

Steve's Digicams‘s review Edit

All in all the C-2000Z is an excellent 2 megapixel digital camera that produces sharp and colorful 1600x1200 images that rival the Nikon 950. The Olympus C-2000Z would be the obvious choice for those that don't like the unconventional design of the swiveling-lens Nikon Coolpix 950.

DP Review‘s review Edit

I liked the C-2000Z, it's a well rounded camera with a good quality feel, excellent image quality, fast cycle times and enough manual features to keep you occupied and creative. With the C-2000Z and a good photo printer you'll be able to take great photographs and deliver them in print at a kind of quality that most people wouldn't be able to tell from your average 35mm print.
