HP Photosmart B8550 Pro Reviews

expertreviews‘s review Edit

The B8550 uses the same five-ink tank/four-colour print system as the All-in-One, and both photographic and text prints were identical in quality. Photos are vibrant and crammed with detail, with only slight graininess in areas that contain subtle gradations of tone.

ITreviews‘s review Edit

If you are looking to print large photos and still have the capability to use the printer as an everyday one, then HP's B8550 is worth a second look, as it blends the features of a large format photo printer with the everyday usability of a standard inkjet printer.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

At this price and with these features, the HP Photosmart B8550 is aimed squarely at everyday consumers – holiday snappers and poster makers – rather than at enthusiastic creatives. But with budgets squeezed hard for everyone, it wouldn’t be too much of a compromise for serious amateur photographers to plump for this model.
