You get a 2.1GHz Pentium Dual-Core T4300 chip. Combined with the 3GB of built-in memory, this PC did better than an Atom-based nettop would have. Overall, the Wind Top AE2020-031UK is a decent budget all-in-one, but if your budget can stretch a bit further you'll find more powerful alternatives.

PC Pro‘s review Edit Like Unlike

MSI's Wind Top brand brings to mind Atom processors and tiny price tags, but the AE2020 is more powerful than you might expect. It differs from most touchscreen PCs we've seen recently in its combination of an Intel Pentium Dual-Core processor and Nvidia's Ion chipset. In our benchmarks it scored a perfectly healthy 1.34, which is more than enough to handle demanding applications.
