Qnap TS-419P Turbo NAS Pro Reviews

tweaktown‘s review Edit

When it really comes down to it, I think QNAP dropped the ball with the TS-419P. In a standalone review the TS-419P would have looked like an average performer with a lot of great features, but once the benchmark numbers were laid out it appears that QNAP needs to look for ways to optimize the programming to work with the new Marvel processor.

The $599.99 QNAP TS-419P+ Turbo NAS is versatile NAS that has incredible potential for the most picky Home Theater User. With the ability to stream of a multitude of devices, we can see the device making its way into many of a Home Theater Builders wish list!

The QNAP TS-419P Turbo NAS server is going to be an excellent alternative to small data clusters or a file server stuffed with drives. If you're an IT professional looking to offer a network-attached mass-storage server with redundant data arrays and network failover features, the QNAP TS-419P is great for storage-centric operational needs with a low startup cost.
