GIGABYTE GV-N26SO-896I Pro Reviews

pcstats‘s review Edit

The bottom line is that the Gigabyte GV-N26SO-896I videocard is capable of playing pretty much any of today's PC games at high resolutions with good frame rates. With its high factory overclocks and excellent manufacturing quality, this videocard is at the forefront of Geforce GTX 260 videocards and would be a good fit in a mainstream gaming rig.

I’m of two minds on the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX260 Core 216 Super Overclocked card. On the one hand the card clearly outperforms the other GeForce GTX 260s on the market and with the latest driver outperforms some GTX275s. The GIGABYTE card has some advantages over those cards with a default overclock of over 100MHz over the reference design and a memory overclock by default of 250MHz. The issue with the GeForce GTX260 Super Clocked card from GIGABYTE is not the performance or the features; the main issue is the price with the card.

hardwarecanucks‘s review Edit

It is hard not to get excited because it breathes some much-needed air into the lungs of the GTX 260 line up at a time when new cards from ATI are about to steal the limelight. Because of its performance, additional overclocking headroom, near-silent running fan and a whole list of other reasons, the Gigabyte GTX 260 Super Overclock wins our Dam Good Award.
