EVGA GeForce GTX 465 Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

For those seeking high-end gaming performance on a 23- or 24-inch monitor, this card offers good performance that's not far behind the costlier competition.

HotHardware‘s review Edit

Although NVIDIA hasn't been able to deal a knockout blow to any of ATI's DX11-class cards at any given price point, the GeForce GTX 465 is interesting nonetheless. For under $300, the GeForce GTX 465 performs well and offers support for DX11 and all of NVIDIA's proprietary technologies like PhysX, 3D Vision, and CUDA. The GTX 465 also proved to be relatively quiet throughout testing, although it did consume a considerable amount of power relative to its ATI-driven counterparts.

hardwaresecrets‘s review Edit

The performance advantage of EVGA GeForce GTX 465 SuperClocked over the standard GeForce GTX 465 was insignificant (below 3%), since it has a very light GPU overclocking (3%). So we don’t see why pay more for the overclocked card to get the same performance level.

hardwarecanucks‘s review Edit

There is no denying that the EVGA GTX 465 1GB Superclocked exhibits all the hallmarks of a great product that is backed up by a stellar lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, EVGA has been backed into a corner by the $280 starting price of a reference GTX 465 and ended up releasing a pre-overclocked card that can’t quite compete against a similarly-priced HD 5850.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

It's a shame as it overclocks brilliantly, even with the stock cooling solution, and manages to keep pace with more advanced cards. Unfortunately it's just that little bit too expensive compared to better, cheaper offerings to really be a card that I could in all good conscience recommend anyone picks up.
