HP Photosmart Plus B209 Pro Reviews

PC World‘s review Edit

The HP Photosmart Plus color inkjet multifunction printer is well priced for student and home users ($150 as of December 9, 2009). It also pumps out great-looking output quickly--something that few other models in its price class can achieve. A good bargain, the Photosmart Plus offers impressive speed and print quality for the price, plus Wi-Fi.

A high-quality MFP that can print usable documents at 17ppm. It's marred only by flawed drivers and imperfect photo prints.

In all honesty, I think you get what you pay for and the Photosmart Plus is a cheaper model in the HP Photosmart line. The photo quality was not what I’ve come to expect from the HP Photosmart or Officejet lines but they were still displayable thanks to the overall sharpness that you sometimes lose in inkjet printers. And I don't feel bad recommending this printer to a student on a budget; really, at $99.99, you can find less than five printers that are as functional as the Photosmart Plus with solid features to boot.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The HP Photosmart Plus packs a lot of performance into a low-cost MFP package, with well-priced inks to boot. Other models in this price range can't boast quite as much.
