Apart from a few quirks, this low-cost all-in-one monochrome laser is an above-average workhorse for small and home offices.

I was impressed with the Dell 1135n because it provided four easy to use devices in a compact, sleek design for a low initial cost and, what’s really important to most businesses, offers a low cost per page over the long term. Is the 1135n perfect? No. There are standard business features that are missing on the 1135n in order to keep the cost down. Missing are automatic duplexing, a front side USB port, and options for additional paper drawers, upgradable memory, etc. But for a small business, the 1135n is a great option. It has built-in networking so it can be used by multiple users, it prints quickly while still delivering laser text quality, and it allows the business to upgrade four devices for the low cost of $199.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

The Dell 1135n offers a lot for the price, including reasonably fast speed and high-quality text, but getting all of its features installed can be a challenge.
