Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

This is a beautifully made notebook with a stunning screen and very usable keyboard. It is small and light, and the hard drive in our review sample was easily big enough. But with no optical drive and average battery life the price seems hefty.

SlashGear‘s review Edit

What it does, the Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet does very well, and Windows 7 is a considerable improvement over clunky Vista, but consumers desperate for finger-friendly touchscreens might be better saving their money until the inevitable surge of capacitive-bearing web tablets arrive in the months after the new OS’ launch.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

Although it lacks the style of some other machines, the Lenovo ThinkPad X200 more than makes up for it in quality and usability.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet's small size, light weight, good battery life and integrated 3G model make it a great choice for anyone who needs to work and stay connected while travelling. The tablet functions work very well for general system navigation and web browsing and handwriting recognition is excellent. It's an expensive piece of kit, so it's only for those of you who require excellent portability and tablet functionality.

NotebookReview‘s review Edit

The Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablets we reviewed performed very well in almost all categories. Battery life was excellent with the 8-cell battery, reaching 8 hours and 48 minutes on the sunlight readable version, and 5 hours and 32 minutes on the touchscreen model. Screen quality on both models was phenomenal, with the sunlight readable display being one of the best screens we have ever seen in our office. Not only was it useable outdoors, but color saturation was high and viewing angles were perfect thanks to the IPS panel.

PC World‘s review Edit

Equipped with the new Centrino 2 processor, Lenovo's ThinkPad X200 looks a mild-mannered ultraportable, and yet it can leap tall workloads in a single bound. Its battery life is phenomenal, and the keyboard is huge. In short, this is a much better notebook than the ThinkPad X61, which it replaces, and a surefire winner for on-the-run execs.
