Samsung CLP-770ND Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

We’d be happy to use the well-built and speedy Samsung CLP 770ND network colour printer for everyday print jobs that required splashes of colour. However, we couldn’t recommend this network colour printer as a genuine alternative to a professional print house if you need to reproduce detailed images or require faithful colour reproduction.

This is a good, solid colour laser printer for use in busy environments, such as large workgroups or small departments, but there's not a lot to get excited about. It's not unduly quick or filled with the latest innovations. There's no USB port on the front panel, for example, or password-protected, walk-up print facility.

Samsung's CLP-770ND is the machine you'll want when your office or SOHO business requires a fast, high-volume, inexpensive-to-operate color laser printer.

When it comes down to it, Samsung has included almost all the features a small or medium business would need to succeed with a single function color laser printer. What isn't included in the standard packaging can be purchased as an option: an 80 GB hard drive, Wi-Fi, additional memory, additional paper drawers, etc. The real difference between the Samsung CLP-770nd and its competitors will be based on business needs and affordability.
