On the heels of the recently leaked Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread update for Samsung Captivate, SamFirmware managed to grab the same software for another member of the Galaxy S family – Sprint’s Epic 4G, which (if you recall) rocks a full side-sliding QWERTY keyboard in addition to the 4-inch touchscreen.
As you can imagine, this isn’t the official yet. Rather the process of updating will require some technical skills and there’s also a risk of your device being bricked if something goes wrong. In any case, you can’t hold IntoMobile responsible… A short disclaimer I had to add.
