Toshiba Qosmio G50-127 Pro Reviews

expertreviews‘s review Edit

The Qosmio's SpursEngine looks promising, but Toshiba has sacrificed too much to accommodate it. Until more software supports it, most people are better off with a more practically equipped desktop-replacement laptop.

There's a lot to like about this machine, not least the great comfort, power and large screen. It's just a shame it doesn't support full-HD playback, and the lack of a Blu-ray drive also lets it down.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The Qosmio G50-127 is a good option for those after a powerful laptop that won't break the bank, but if you're after true performance and can afford the price, we'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic speakers don't make up for a poor chassis and a weak overall specification.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

The Qosmio G50-127 is a good machine, but it doesn’t take the Qosmio line any further and no longer sets the pace when it comes to technology. That said, it’s still a lot of machine for the money, and if you want a laptop to replace your desktop PC then few offer better multi-tasking capabilities or comfort.
