The Gigabyte M8000Xtreme mouse can go from 90 to 6030dpi in just a few clicks. It's a gamers delight, with customizable options and a comfortable design to boot.

Looking at the GIGABYTE M8000 Xtreme Gaming Mouse, I felt that if it could knock my Logitech G5 which has served me for the past few years off its perch, it could be a winner. I have confidence in GIGABYTE in many areas, but when I plugged the M8000X into my system I left the G5 still plugged in.

hardwaresecrets‘s review Edit

The M8000Xtreme is a mouse for those who like a light and agile grip without having the whole hand resting over the peripheral. In that case the weighting system gives an altogether more centered and solid performance. The huge number of assignable buttons (nine!) is a great perk for a hands-on gaming experience.

One of the best features of Gigabyte’s new mouse is the fact that it is so customizable. While the software interface may seem a bit daunting at first, its user interface is actually quite intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily set up the M8000X to your liking within no time at all. This, coupled with perfectly placed buttons makes this one of the best mice we have used in a very long time.
