Our few doubts about bits of the InSession's design - a battery bay would be nice, for example - give way to the InSession's decent sound quality for the price, with plenty of punch and volume. The bass and treble controls are precise enough to allow you to adjust the unit to suit a good range of different music styles. Ultimately, the In-Session is an affordable and capable option for your offspring, or for your own bedroom or study.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit Like Unlike

The InSession does give you a compact iPod dock, but in this regard it is not unique. The unit is basic, not offering any of the extras you find elsewhere, such as clock or alarm functions, which at £79 is a bit of a surprise.
