ASUS N50Vc Pro Reviews

expertreviews‘s review Edit

Asus's N50V is an attractive 15.4in laptop, and the only one in this price group to have a built-in Blu-ray drive. The N50V isn't a bad laptop, but its little problems mount up.

reghardware‘s review Edit

Asus has come up with a nice-looking notebook, of that there's no doubt. But unless you're desperate for the frills - ionizer, Blu-ray drive, separate numeric keypad - you can buy a machine that's just as good a performer for less.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

Performance is the name of the game here, and while a cheapo laptop is all well and good for simple word processing and internet use, the Asus N50vc is a far more serious proposition.

A fairly good effort on Asus' part is somewhat held back by an average screen and a few minor niggles, but is nonetheless worth its moderate asking price. If you're looking for an affordable multimedia notebook, keep the N50Vc in mind.
