ASUS G60J Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The ASUS G60J is not terribly expensive for a powerful gaming notebook. We think it's well-built, and it has almost every feature on our 'want' list save for dual-band wireless networking. We like it not only as a gaming system, but also as a desktop replacement. We don't really see the point of including Express Gate and Power4Gear on such a powerful notebook, but you know ASUS — the more features the better!

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The new Asus G60J is a gaming laptop with a Intel Core i7 Q820M at it's beating heart. But a weak screen and high price tag kill a great contender.

Notebookcheck‘s review Edit

Asus G60J showed a lot of its good side. The well-designed case, which is visually attractive and gave the impression of good quality, the good assortment of ports, and the input devices, which allow the user to work comfortably hours on end on the notebook, are all good features of the Asus G60J. However, there were also a few minor flaws, such as, the placement of the ports, which could be really problematic as the wires could clutter the workspace, and thus prevent the user from being able to use an external mouse.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

To get good gaming performance on a laptop you still need to go for an SLI setup which limits you to Intel’s Core 2, but if you’re after one of the new Core i7 laptops that will at least let you at least play the latest games, the Asus G60J is definitely worth considering.
