ViewSonic VPC100 Pro Reviews

expertreviews‘s review Edit

A stylish-looking all-in-one nettop. It's a compact alternative to a full desktop PC for undemanding tasks, such as office work and web browsing, and it has some advantages over netbooks.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

For a system that strips back the functionality that makes an all-in-one worth purchasing, look no further than the ViewSonic VPC100. But if you want better performance and functionality, and are prepared to eschew the convenience of an all-in-one, you could grab a desktop PC bargain.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

Overall you pretty much get what you expect from the ViewSonic VPC100. It lacks the novelty of touchscreen models which can be had for a similar price which might be more appealing to home users, who want the simplicity of steering clear of the mouse or keyboard for basic tasks.

PC World‘s review Edit

ViewSonic's VPC100 misses the mark. It's not a great performer and lacks the touchscreen, DVD drive, or 802.11n Wi-Fi to make up for it.

Digital Trends‘s review Edit

If your computing needs are extremely basic - meaning you use a computer only for web-browsing, email, word processing, and other light productivity tasks - the VPC100 should meet your needs. But most people will soon find themselves chafing at its limitations.

The Dell Inspiron 537s is a handsome slimline PC for space-strapped users, but its overall performance doesn't measure up for demanding applications or 3D games.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

A fairly attractive and well-built machine, ViewSonic's VPC100 19in All-In-One PC is slightly let down by its terrible keyboard, limited connectivity and weak internals, but makes up for it by being very affordable. However, if you don't insist on a super-slim all-in-one, it's worth looking at the alternatives first.
