In our eyes, the HP ProBook 6540b stacks up well against the recently tested competition.The 6540b is better constructed than the Fujitsu Lifebook S710 and beats the less expensive competitors with a long running time, despite its limited graphics. Even the Toshiba Tecra A11-125 must concede defeat due to its mediocre running time and the meagre HD-Ready resolution on the poorly contrasted panel.
