LG Cookie Fresh Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 is a low cost, touch screened handset that suffers from the absence of Wi-Fi and 3G and also from having a screen too small for comfortable text entry. Its social networking apps may appeal, though there are many handsets offering the likes of Twitter and Facebook these days.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 carries a price tag of £99 in the UK. The price-tag looks especially good when you look at the phone’s feature-set. However, its performance is strictly middle-of-the-road and that takes away a whole lot from the phone.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 is a low cost handset with a touch screen, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with LG having that as a goal. The problem, really, comes into play with usability. The touch screen is difficult to master, text entry can be slow, the camera is not up to snuff, and web browsing, because of both the absence of 3G and the poor browser, is almost a complete no-go area.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 comes with trimmed-down specifications alongside of all other members of the Cookie family, but offers nice extra features and we consider the handset a breath of fresh air in the oversaturated market of affordable handsets equipped touch-sensitive screens…
