Entourage eDGe Pro Reviews

tabletpcreview‘s review Edit

If it weren't for the very high price tag, I could recommend it more strongly, but if you're able to find one at a good price it would make a worthy purchase for your parents or grandparents -- anyone who would like a fully featured, well performing, sturdy tablet but doesn't want or need the 'cool' factor and the price tag associated with the iPad or other high end tablet computers.

Engadget‘s review Edit

The Edge is a combination e-reader and a Android tablet - it just doesn't quite work well as either. For $499 there are just too many issues with it, including its chunky body, skimpy e-book selection, frustrating touchscreen, poor battery life and lack of Android apps.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

With two screens, one e-ink and one color, on paper, the Entourage Edge sounds like a fantastic idea. But a high price, hefty weight, and overall cumbersome design spell doom for this hybrid device.

CrunchGear‘s review Edit

Entourage is a pretty new player in a very competitive field, so they may not be able to stand up against larger companies, should those larger companies decide to compete. But for now, I think the eDGe offers a very compelling product at a pretty good price.

LAPTOP Magazine‘s review Edit

This Android-powered eReader and Tablet combo works well, but it’s not yet fully baked.
