Klipsch Image X10i Pro Reviews

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

If you can live with the Sword of Damocles above your head that is the X10i’s ultimate demise and you can afford the price tag, then these headphones are a big old pile of yes. The sound is balanced, detailed and nigh on divine - as good as you can get from the in-ear kind. Throw into the mix a reinforced, leatherette carry case and quarter-inch and airplane adapters and you’ve got a very well thought out, beautifully designed, swish looking, smooth talking, easy listening set of buds. Buy them now.

In fact, the one area where the X10is are meaningfully different from the X10s is where out-and-out volume is concerned. If we had a criticism – just a tiny one –of the old ’phones, it was in their ability to go punishingly loud. But these new X10is are not as tentative as the ’phones they replace. Good news all round, then.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

For the discerning on-the-go music listener, the X10i is closer to a good, full-size headphone than most and the comfort is simply the icing on the cake.

Engadget‘s review Edit

All things considered, it's impossible to recommend the X10i to anyone other than the most affluent among us. Like it or not, the S4i (if you're looking to stick with Klipsch, which ain't a bad choice in our own humble opinion) offers sound quality that'll be more than sufficient for the vast, vast majority of PMP owners.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

Klipsch's Image X10i isn't the cheapest pair of mic-equipped earphones you can find, but an excellent listening experience, solid design, and seamless iPhone operation make it well worth the price.

You'll have to own an iPhone of iPod and be really keen on the idea of an in-line remote to buy the Klipsch Image X10i earphones. They look great, sound fantastic, and are inordinately comfortable, but the price is very high, making it especially convenient that the Image X10 earphones are still available for significantly less money.

CrunchGear‘s review Edit

Definitely the best sounding consumer-grade in-ear headphones I’ve ever listened to. The price tag matches the sound quality however. If you want good audio fidelity on your phone headset, you’ll be hard pressed to find something better than these. Just be prepared to shell out some serious cash.

Digital Trends‘s review Edit

A three-button remote and built-in microphone give the Klipsch Image X10i even more utility than their respected predecessors, without sacrificing sound quality.
