From seeing reviews and youtube and other places my intial reaction was wow this phone looks like it sucks! After having hands on experince with it for a day WOW DID MY THOUGHTS CHANGE! I expected the keyboard to suck and the screen to be to small WRONG! They keyboard is actually very decent and the screen is not as small as people make it sound. The web OS BLEW ME AWAY! It was lighting fast and handled multitasking like a pro! Palm has made something amazing here and everybody is just ignoring it, seriously take you eyes off of android and iphone JUST for a day and you will know what I mean.

amazing phone

well I've had the palm pre plus for almost a month now. The phone is incredible, it does so much. The multi-tasking is wow you can always pause and do sommething else and go back to where you were doing. I'm overall way more than satisfied with this phone. The only three things that will make this phone even better is to be able to record videos, better battery, and better apps. Keyboard is not bad at first it may seems a bit intimidating due to the size of the keys but you get used to it and no big deal. I text so fast and no problem. Definiitely recommend this phone and I feel this phone should get way more credit than it receives!

Best Phone Ever!

Ownership period: less than a month.

I got the phone the day it came out, and once i started using it i liked it even more, It's faster then the original which is better, and webOS is amazing at multi-tasking. This should be considered as a major contender for the iPhone.

Pretty sweet

I just got this phone a couple days ago so I can really only give you a first impression review....When you see the phone in person, the design in very sleek and has a great feel! Using the MOTODROID to the Palm Pre Plus, I hate that you can't just put stuff on your home screen aka widgets, you pretty much have to leave an application open and flip back and forth through your cards. That get kind of annoying! There is some lag when opening applications and the Palm App Store is not that great. Also, there is no on-screen keyboard, but the physical keyboard is very easy to use and you can actually feel the keys click. Other than that the phone excellent. WebOS is awesome!!! With the tweaks and Homebrew apps you can add a lot of the features WebOS doesn't come with. Palm really needs to get the WebOS enhancements going. There is a lot of potential with this OS and I think if they would utilize its potential they could possible gain some of their market share back!!! The Pre Plus has awesome hardware, but lacks some features that WebOS should already have!!!

Ive gone to verizon in the mall mainly cause i like looking at phones.. there fun to look at... and i must say i am impressed with this phone more than the android phones.. It runs flash lite.. its getting video player with its 3 mexapixle camera... the multitasking switching is very nice and works pretty fast... i love that it comes with the touchstone cover as then all u need is the charging dock.. I also love it has twice the memory... 512 ram... and 16 gigabites of storage installed... 1.4 os is coming out in feburary and i cant wait... I think its better than the nexus 1.. Though it does not have a lot of games... just over 2000... the graphics and sound quality in general is amazing... I love need for speed undercover and it is sort of like an i phone but its not... i just love it. Go Verizon... The pixi is also decent. Plus both devices also have an app where you can create hotspots though it says you have to pay... i downloaded and used the app on the phone at the verizon store and you didn't have to pay...
