Verizon Wireless expands its 4G network to cover more than two-thirds of the US population

Verizon is pushing ahead quickly with its 4G LTE network. The carrier announced on Tuesday that it will roll out its LTE network in 27 new markets and expand it in 44 markets starting April 19. Verizon’s LTE network now reaches 230 markets across the US, but this is only the tip of the iceberg.
