A U.S. judge earlier this month ordered Google and Motorola Mobility to turn over information about the development of the Android operating system and Google’s pending $12.5 billion acquisition of the manufacturer to Apple. Judge Richard A. Posner, however, has now denied the Cupertino-based company’s request, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday. “The motion is vague and overbroad and Motorola’s objections are persuasive,” Posner wrote.
